Rec Class Goals
Using our professionally designed curriculum, it is our goal to provide students with opportunities to have fun while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence through the mastery of gymnastics skills. Each student progresses at his or her own pace and advances once all skills of the current level are mastered.

Mini Peak - 30 minutes
(Mommy & Me 1-3 yrs, Co-ed)
Parent and child play together in what is typically the child’s first experience in a structured group setting. A qualified instructor introduces basic gymnastic positions and skills through use of obstacle course circuits which include imaginative play, body/eye coordination, and skill development stations.
Jr. Peak - 45 minutes
(Ages 3-4 yrs, Co-ed)
Join in on this fun introduction to basic gymnastic skills through use of kid-friendly and specially sized equipment and obstacle course circuits. This class is designed for children who are able to separate from parents and enjoy the independence of learning gymnastics skills under the direction of an instructor.
Mighty Peak - 55 minutes
(Ages 5-6 yrs, Co-ed)
Children learn basic gymnastic positions, drills, and skills in a progressive manner through the use of gymnastics apparatus: floor exercise, beam, bars, and vault, rings, trampoline, and foam pits.
Level 1/2 Boys - 55 minutes
(Beginner 7 & up)
No previous experience necessary
In a fun yet structured environment, students are introduced to the basics on all of the apparatus, including vault, rings, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, mushroom, floor, trampolines, climbing ropes, and foam pits! Qualified instructors emphasize safety and skill progression through instruction of basic exercises.
Level 1/2 Girls - 55 minutes
(Beginner 7 & up)
No previous experience necessary
In a fun yet structured environment, students are introduced to the basics on all of the apparatus, including vault, bars, beam, floor, trampolines, climbing ropes, and foam pits! Qualified instructors emphasize safety and skill progression through instruction of basic exercises.
Level 3/4 Girls - 85 minutes
(Intermediate)
Requirements: Mastery of Level 2 skills
While continuing to focus on increased strength and flexibility, this class provides students with the opportunity to continue developing skills while placing greater emphasis on form.
Level 5/6 Girls - 85 minutes
(Advanced)
Requirements: Mastery of Level 4 skills
Advancing to Level 5 will continue with the elements of the previous levels and while gearing up for advancement to a Pre-Team invitation class.
Tumbling - 55 minutes
(Beginner)
No previous experience necessary
In a fun yet structured environment, students are introduced to the basics on floor and trampoline! Qualified instructors emphasize safety and skill progression through instruction of basic exercises. This is a complimentary sport to cheer and martial arts.
Tumbling - 55 minutes
(Advanced)
Requirements: Mastery of Beginner skills
Advancing to this level will continue with the elements of the previous level and while gearing up for advanced tumbling skills.
