Pre TeamThis program is designed for those gymnasts interested in advancing from recreational gymnastics to competitive levels (Peak Team). Training is generally twice per week for 2 hour long sessions. Peak's focus is to ensure these gymnasts are well prepared for competition to include strength, flexibility, determination and technique. Invitation based, but please reach out to your coach if you are interested in advancing or reach out to our Team Manager, Lenzi at [email protected] |
Peak TeamIf your athlete is prepared and ready to take her gymnastics to the next level. Our Team Coaches invite your gymnast to try out for Peak Team in April each year. Team is a Junior Olympics program that competes through USA Gymnastics. See below for compulsory and optionals breakdown. This is for athletes with a natural drive and skill for gymnastics who what to reach their highest potential. Depending on level, your gymnast can train from 6 to 16+ hours per week. For additional questions, please reach out to our Team Manager, Lenzi at [email protected] |
USAG Levels 2 - 5 Compulsory Team: Level 2 is an introductory level, focusing on basic and foundational skills. All the gymnasts perform the same routines for their level, and as they move up through the levels the routines/skills become progressively harder and more complex.
USAG Levels 6 -1 0 Optionals Team: Routines are composed and choreographed individually for each gymnast. Each event has certain criteria that the gymnast must meet to maximize their potential score. Each level has progressively harder criteria.

Commitment
Please know that both of these programs are a commitment and you are apart of a team. Our coaches are extremely invested in making sure their athletes are progressing with specific lesson plans for each practice. As such, your team expects that you make every effort to be at your scheduled classes on time. We understand that life is unpredictable and school/family commitments may interfere at times, but we do ask that you schedule around practice times whenever possible.
