TUITION
Tuition is paid monthly on the first of each month, or upon registration. Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of the month through iClassPro and Tuition will accrue each month until I notify this facility through the portal or in writing to [email protected] to drop my student from class(es) by the 20th of the preceding month to avoid the future month's tuition charges. A $15 late fee will be assessed for any tuition not received prior to the 5th of the month. You also have the option to pay in advance of the 1st by check or cash at the front desk. There will be a $35 processing fee added to all returned checks.
30 Minutes (Mini Peaks - under age 3)
1 class / week = $65 per Month
45 Minutes (Jr. Peaks, ages 3 & 4)
1 class / week = $90 per Month
55 Minutes (Mighty Peaks and Level 1/2, ages 5+)
1 class / week = $100 per Month
85 Minutes (Level 3/4 and 5/6, ages 7+)
1 class / week = $125 per Month
Membership Fee:
There is a $40 annual registration fee per student. This fee will be charged on your anniversary date each year. This registration helps cover the cost of liability, training and administrative fees incurred by the gym. Members receive discounts on open gym programs.
Cancellation Policy:
To terminate or drop a class, please email [email protected] on or before the 20th of the current month to prevent charges for the next month’s tuition. Cancellations mid-month will not be refunded for the current month’s tuition, your student may attend classes until the month ends. Students that restart a class within a calendar year of paying the annual membership dues, will not be required to pay membership dues again.
Note to Members: We will always welcome you back to Peak if you chose to take a break. Additionally, we will do everything we can to place your child in their most recent class, but we cannot guarantee space will be available.

GYM SAFETY: Do not enter the Floor Area (Applies to Gymnastics Programs):
Drop Off & Parent Viewing:
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Parents are welcome to watch their children for any level. There is a parent viewing area upstairs as well as parent viewing directly in the Mighty Peak gym. There can be difficulty with parking spaces so we encourage parents to drop off and return for pick up, or limit number of viewers when possible. We do have a side door drop off if you would like to have your child let the coach know they are being picked up on the side of the building and the coach will escort them.
What to Wear:
Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
Inclement Weather:
In cases of inclement weather, we do not close with any one school district. We will evaluate the roads and parking at the gym and send an email should we need to close.
Communicable Infections:
All open wounds, such as cuts and blisters, along with contagious infections such as warts, athlete’s foot, impetigo, ring worm, etc., must be securely covered with band aids and athletic tape PRIOR to entering the facility and remain covered until you leave the building. If you are febrile, have pink eye, lice, etc, you are not permitted to enter the facility. These illnesses are all highly contagious. Athletes who show up to practice in this state will receive a call to go home to ensure the facility is safe for all other students and employees. It is the responsibility of the parent to make sure all contagious infections are covered.
- For safety reasons, no one other than Peak employees and students should be on the Floor during any gymnastics meet, workout, or activity. All viewing must take place in the designated viewing area at all times.
- Do not take flash photographs at any time.
- NEVER horseplay in the gym during gymnastics programs.
- If a gymnast is injured, she needs to inform the coach immediately.
- No laying, sitting or distracting others in the gym during workout.
- No coaching from the sidelines or the balcony.

POLICIES
Behavior Policy:
Disruptive or threatening behavior of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We expect everyone to follow the rules set forth to keep everyone safe. At Peak Gymnastics, we operate on a three-strike policy:
Vandalism: In the event that a child vandalizes, or destroys equipment, parents are responsible for the damages caused.
Penalty Fee: If your gymnast is caught picking foam, you will be automatically charged $10 to your account.
Disruptive or threatening behavior of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We expect everyone to follow the rules set forth to keep everyone safe. At Peak Gymnastics, we operate on a three-strike policy:
- Any child, parent, or guardian failing to meet our behavior standards will receive a verbal warning.
- If the behavior continues, a second warning will be issued to the child and their parents/guardians and recorded by the club.
- If the written warning or continued verbal warnings have no effect, the child will be suspended or dismissed from the club at the discretion of the owner.
Vandalism: In the event that a child vandalizes, or destroys equipment, parents are responsible for the damages caused.
