Interval Training (HIIT/LIIT)
Instructor: Venessa Koehn Monthly: $90 for 2 classes per week Drop Ins: $12 per class Mondays / Wednesdays: 6:00 - 6:40 pm Stay healthy with our 40 minute Interval Training. Vanessa has designed a two-day class for high burn in a short period of time. If you’re looking for weight loss or muscle tone or just improved endurance but haven’t got a lot of spare time on your hands, then this class is for you. Each class offers variable intensity and increases as you get stronger––join with a friend and hold each other accountable while still choosing your level of intensity. Dress in stretchy leggings and a comfy shirt and bring a towel and water bottle. |
YOGA
Instructor: Pammela Gilmour Drop Ins: $13 per class Tuesdays: 6:00 - 7:00 pm This Yoga class is typically a fusion style class. Vinyasa flow with some classic poses mixed in. This class provides a lot of stretching, but powerful and strength building. Suitable for all levels. Pammela is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 200 hours focusing on Vinyasa, Yin and Classic Poses. She will help you build your core and overall strength! |
