DROP OFFS / PICK-UPS:
Gymnasts in main gym:
Drop off at Door A and pick up at the side of the building. To help with the traffic flow, safety of kids and parking availability, please pick up your gymnast(s) on the side door labeled "Parent Pickup". We will have a coach standing with your gymnast to ensure they get safely to your vehicle.
Gymnasts using our Junior Gym:
For Mini and Jr. Peaks classes in our upstairs gym, we will have you pickup and drop off inside.
Parent Pickup (Side) door is located:
Pick up will be a drive-thru at the Door on the left-hand side of the building if you are facing Door A. This door is dedicated for “exiting” and we are asking that all vehicles pull in with the passenger side door facing the building so your gymnast can hop in your car efficiently. Your child's coach will be available at pick up in case parents have any questions.
Instruct your student to wait inside the building until a coach escorts them to their parent's vehicle (or upstairs if you have a sibling in the upstairs gym). They are not to leave the main gym alone without advance parent permission. Please pick up your student on time.
Entering and exiting the main gym in this fashion will ensure the safety of your children and reduce the traffic flow during the times classes begin and end.
Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
PARENT VIEWING:
Due to limited viewing space, we are asking/encouraging parents to drop off and return for pick up, if possible or limit to one person viewing per family. We know it is exciting to watch the kiddos, so viewing every other week, once a month, etc would also help. If you stay and watch, parents/guardians may view from the mezzanine area.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
