Why Gymnastics?
Gymnastics is one of the most dynamic sports in the world that does more than just build a strong athlete. The list of benefits go on and on. This sport will not only develop strength, coordination and flexibility, but self-esteem, socialization, personal discipline, organization, respect, healthy lifestyle, etc. Gymnastics training also helps preserve bone density and helps ward off a range of diseases! It is cross training for all sports and life. Peak follows the USAG recommendations for our class curriculum and our faculty is passionate about teaching.
Recreational
Ages 1 - 6: Classes for ages one through six where coordination and basic gymnastic skills are combined with listening and social skills to build confidence and ability to understand instruction. Each student progresses at his or her own pace and advances based on age group.
Ages 7 & Up: Our professionally designed curriculum provides students with opportunities to have fun while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence through the mastery of gymnastics skills. Each student progresses at his or her own pace and advances once all skills of the current level are mastered.

Invitation based, but please reach out to your coach if you are interested in advancing. Team: If your athlete is prepared and ready to move on from pre-team, our Team Coaches invite your gymnast to try out for Peak Team in April each year. DROP OFFS / PICK-UPS:
Gymnasts in main gym (ages 7+):
Drop off through main door and pick up in your vehicle on the side of the building (alley). You will see the door labeled "Parent Pickup". This helps tremendously with the traffic flow, safety of kids and parking availability. We will have a coach standing with your gymnast to ensure they get safely to your vehicle.
Gymnasts (ages 6 & under):
Pickup and drop off will be inside the building through main doors.
