The benefits of physical education are endless. Sign up for a 30 minute class each week! Our goal is to establish good, healthy habits now. This class helps develop a basic understanding and importance in taking care of one’s self.

- Stretching – This seems simple, but the simple act of stretching helps: release tension, increase energy, prevent injuries, help with posture, flexibility, etc.
- Agility - Exercises that focus on the ability to move quickly and easily, as well as games that focus on hand-eye coordination, mental agility and alertness. Learning to be quick on their feet!
- Exercise - Conditioning, running and exercise activities that help develop physical, mental, social, and motor development.
- Fun - Our goal is to make health and fitness fun so that we create long lasting habits for our youth!
