Do you get refunded for missed classes?
No. Monthly tuition must be paid in full, as it holds the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list. The monthly rate is determined based on the entire calendar year and, as such, some months may differ as to the number of classes in a month. You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes whether or not your student attends class until the time you notify Peak Staff via email at [email protected] that you wish to drop a student from class with two weeks’ notice.
Can I change my class day/time or add additional classes?
Yes. You can request to swap or add an additional class through iClassPro, or you may call Peak Staff or email us at [email protected].
